  • this was the worst visit we have every had here. We are owners and I am no proud to say that about this place. Our couch in the room had a BIG stain right in the middle of it, the room was old and wore out carpet bad and kind of dirty room. the bathroom door missed hitting the toilet by about 1/8th of an inch very cramped. The elevator was dirty and smelly. the light in the hallway was held on by one screw, carpet was dirty and tore in some places. the lady in front of us at the desk was mad because her room smelled so bad she cold not sleep she was asking for air spray and they said they could not give it to her but they would send some up to spray AGAIN...which I guess did not work either time. They no longer offer the breakfast and happy hour any more...we were told as owners if we sit and listen to the boring sales pitch again we could have some eggs sausage and coffee... which is sad and not worth our time. This place has gone so far down hill and it looks like it will go even more in the hole every since shell sold out and the new company took over....if you just needed a bed which by the way was so shall we call it soft....wore out that you sunk so far in it was hard to sleep. This place is just a room with nothing else to really offer anymore...
