  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....DONT GO HERE We purchased a gas fired grill and paid extra to have it assembled. They said it would be ready in 3 days. We called in 4 days when we hadn't heard from them, and no one could help us. We called back two days later and after much waiting were transferred to someone who had no information or ability to help us. We hung up and called back this time reaching someone who couldn't help us, but said they'd check on it and call us back. That never happened. We just went to the store and it was "ready" for pick up. They rolled out a grill covered with dust and fingerpeints...it looked so bad I asked if it was a floor model. I was told everything in their storage room gets covered by dust. When I responded with disappointment there was no response. NOT a nice experience for my husband's birthday present! Don't shop here.
