The gentleman that owns this store is very unprofessional. My son took an antique train engine he received from his grandfather into get it repaired. After calling several times to see if it was repaired. They LOST IT!!! they didn't say sorry just offered to replace it with a new one? WHAT? So we chose another train set worth $200. THEN. took another (I know we shouldn't have) engine in and they didn't even work on it after having it for a month. I went to pick it up and the OWNER asked what kind of train was it? You mean it isn't under my name? He was put out after having me interrupt his lunch which is in the counter of the store and his eyes reading the computer. He was rude and uncaring not "I'm sorry or just a minute ). I am in the customer service industry and have been for 30 years!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was told by 2 other valley train specialist that this man was a thief and unethical. I find this TRUE in every sense of the words. I will be driving to North valley for all my train needs in the future.
