  • Southwest is always cheap and reliable. Today my mother in law missed her flight so I called and we were able to apply the missed flight fare to a new flight with no questions asked. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, like the majority of SW staff I've encountered. My only gripe is that it's a free-for-all when it comes to seating, but hey you can't have everything for the cheapest fares.
