  • This dealership is dishonest and extremely incompetent, I had to ship my car out to Toronto the day after a SIMPLE service, yet when I checked my car after paying $1000, I noticed half of the service wasn't even performed. After talking to the service manager, the only thing he was able to communicate was that accidents happen and that this wouldn't happen if we were all robots. When I returned the following day, I asked for the proof that one of the things they missed (alignment) was done by asking the the alignment chart the computer generates, guess what! They couldn't show it to me, BECAUSE THEY NEVER DID IT. What a joke! This wouldn't happen if you ran your business with pride and actual standards. If you are happy with your service at this dealership it is because you have not noticed them ripping you off, always check that the service has been done if possible. AVOID this place and go to a dealership with integrity.
