  • I had a terrible experience at carx I had two tires replaced which was fine but when they replace my tires they took the key to my locking lug nuts six months later I was at my son's baseball game hundred miles from home I had a flat tireI went to change my tire and I didn't have a key for my locking lug nuts I have the car towed I had to pay a mechanic to work on it on a Sunday I also had a special spend the night in a hotel so I went back to car X I told them about my experience they give me the name of the previous owner I called them they told me they were going to get back with me and never did I called them five days in a row with no response I went back to carx they could care less I will never walk in that store again and I wouldn't if I were you either they don't stand behind their work that's probably why they got us three star rating I only give them one because they didn't have a zero The owners of Carx is Nona inc
