Service center review: made appointment via Chevy App. Arrived early and said I had an appointment. Explained why I was there to a woman who came up and took notes. Then she handed me a sales brochure (I just bought the car certified pre-owned 3 months ago and told her that). I was asked to wait for a service manager. The service manager then walked over after a while and I had to explain everything all over again. (all of this info was in my reservation I had made by the way). The manager doesn't understand certified pre-owned warranty or even knew I had an extended warranty-Bumper to bumper until 100,000 miles.
They offered to check what issues I was reporting but wouldn't honor the warranty and would charge me. I had to call chevy directly for the warranty.
I was then told after I decided to just do the oil change and have tires checked that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour for the car. I told them to forget the "courtesy" wash as this whole wasted day only resulted in an oil change and the NOT putting air in the tires. They rotated the tires and did the multi-point checks according to the paperwork.
Pointless to make an appointment and absolutely terrible about getting a car out to a waiting customer.
The service manager I had was nice and I would say honest - my issue had nothing to do with him. They really need to improve their appointment management process and do a better job with their standard checks.
