  • 20 minute wait for service only to be told to they could connect me with customer service over the phone to get my problem resolved. They had no professionalism or knowledge of their products or how to assist me so I stood at the counter on the phone for 30 minutes with a very helpful customer service rep to get my issue resolved. I no longer recommend this location. The staff seemed totally uninterested in helping me out.
