  • First I got an in home estimate the same day I called for prices. This happened to be on a Friday afternoon, so I was surprised. Don went over options and costs. My home is 10 years old and until we just bought it I believe no one had ever cleaned and sealed the grout. It should have been pale gray but was nearly black in places. Terrance and Brandy came out on Tuesday morning and worked their magic. My tile does not look brand new, but they didn't promise that. It does look close to that and about a million times better than it did! So good that I didn't feel it necessary to have the grout painted which would have made it look brand new. They were polite, hard workers, delivered good value and reasonably priced. Well worth the investment!
