  • We recently special ordered an F 250 truck from Jones Ford. We feel we were treated fairly and got a good price on our truck. It took quite awhile for the truck to arrive but this wasn't a big problem for us. We have one suggestion; before letting a salesperson do a walk through on a new vehicle, they should be sure they are familiar with the vehicle! The woman who did our walk through had no idea what options were in our truck or how to use them! We just went home and figured out things for ourselves. Thank you, Jones Ford. We love our truck!
