Last week I paid to get a car wash. The car wash was broken & a car was already there waiting with the driver finding out what was wrong. I decided to leave and come back when I would be in the area again. I eventually returned & went inside to ask about getting a new code to get my car washed since it was broken last time. The clerk didn't say anything for a while and was rolling her eyes. I asked her why she had an attitude instead of providing me with customer service. She then proceeded to argue with me saying, "you're the one with an attitude and told me that I would need to deal with her manager as a result." I plan to and already filed a complaint with Chevron, which will be crediting my card. That person should be fired and this place deserves zero stars.
