rev:text	This place is an absolute joke. While visiting Las Vegas I ordered new prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses. The eyeglasses were horrible, lenses for so thick they touched my face. I have a strong prescription but never in the 27 yrs I have worn glasses did I have this problem with lenses touching my face. When I called they said they would fix. I got them back and they are shaved down not to touch my face but were still so terrible I would never wear the glasses. They looked like coke bottle eye glasses. With technology now, high quality lenses can look great even with a high prescription. This told me the lack experience in understanding the eye glass world even though I paid top dollar for the best lenses they had. I called to ask for a refund. They gave me the runaround and told me only the optician could give me my money back. They were supposed to call me back when he was in only Sundays. That never happened. I had to call them. I talked to them on May 6 and he agreed to refund me. I have been calling since then to get a refund. After numerous more runarounds, no call back etc. I finally got a refund from a non optician on June 12. It was not an nominal amount of money they were holding from me (approx. $1100). When they put me on hold numerous times I could hear the manager in the background telling the individual who answered the phone to make excuses or lie to me about her availability. I truly thought I was going to take legal action to get it back. I am disgusted with this service and I will never step in this store again. Be warned and be careful, they're frauds.
