A friend had purchased a group for Hiking Yoga, but I missed the deadline. I registered the night before and was put on a wait list, but Jennifer made space for me. We were at Dreamy Draw Park and it was a perfect Phoenix day. :) There was some serious cardio involved but it was nicely broken up with the stations along the way. The hiking was alot more strenuous than the yoga so if you are a yoga newbie dont worry. What the yoga did accomplish was some great hip and leg stretching as up and down hiking can really tighten up the hips and psoas. Don't forget your water!
