  • Beautiful furniture! Too bad it's been over six weeks and I'm still waiting on a piece from the warehouse. Revision number 3, was contacted by phone by the owner who was very upset about my review so I told him I would change it, here it goes...the manufacturer only offers a one year warranty which seems pretty absurd given the cost and claim that it is "resort quality." The chairs are obviously not high quality and lasted a year and a half. Over a month ago the employees at All American said that they are going to work with me to replace them but if they are being replaced by the same manufacturer they will likely just fall apart again. A month has passed since I was told my chairs would be replaced and still nothing. I'm sure the owner is going to call me once more to yell at me and try to bully me into changing my review again, but this time I won't. 1 star is firm. If zero stars were an option I would choose it.
