  • I went to this spa to get a full set. The staff was nice In the beginning. The wait time was like 1hr. They kept asking people to come back in an hour, but I had been there for a while and they weren't even close to being done in an hour. Well my mail tech was nice but the job she did was horrible. The acrylic was all over my skin, my nails were uneven. In My opinion the price is ridiculous. Yes the place is beautiful but the customer service and actual job is very poor. That day I went with my mom and sister and they were not content with their nails either. The utensils are dirty and they use old dirty files. Again for the price they charge I feel like it's not worth it. I should get a new file and clean utensils.
