  • Just watched Justice League on this fine Thanksgiving day. Walked into the theatre with about 5 min to spare before the trailer started. One thing was off though, where was the sound? Wasn't sure if that's just how it is before trailers but then the trailers started and still no sound! Lights didn't even turn off/ dim. Three people in the theatre including my mom ran out to talk to the theatre people because there is no way we're paying for silence. By the second to last trailer (a good 15 or so min later), the sound finally came on but of course the lights still on. I quickly ran out to tell the workers that they needed to turn off the lights too. For real? Y'all really have one job. Play movies. I get it's thankgiving day and you might be short staffed but then just don't open then!! Also, they did not rewind the trailers for us to watch with the sound which I guess is fine but annoying. Lights did not go back on after the movie either so this theater is really giving the impression that it cannot handle its one job. Thank god I'm not in Cleveland a lot and have to deal with this.
