  • Completely unhappy with my experiences here. I made approximately 5 visits to the office over 3 years, two of which were enjoyable the other three were terrible. The office staff is totally rude and Dr. Filner doesn't listen to a thing his patients say. The office has ridiculous policies that are incredibly time consuming and result in higher costs (more copays) for patients. I tried to give this doctor and his staff a chance and am regretful of doing so.
