  • THIS HOTEL IS OLD !!! Rooms are old musty smelly, Old furniture beds bolts holding bed to walls coming out. No room service, air and heat didn't work only fan. Bathroom chipped and paint coming off. Sheets stained, blankets with cigarette burn holes on both blankets asked for. Called front desk to tell them we were smelling cigarette smoke all night when we're supposed to be on none smoking floor. I was told half the floor is a smoking floor. We we're never told that at front desk in fact they first had us in a smoking room we said NO. Then went ahead and gave us this AWFUL ROOM. At $480.00 for two nights we couldn't went to RED ROCK HOTEL. Never come here again and don't recommend anyone else Either. I was hung up on front desk girl when I said the air and heating didn't work or no cups in room.
