  • I'm not sure I see the charm. Yelp, you let me down on this one ..? Amigo isn't bad, but it's also nothing particularly special. It's like Panda Express or any other typical Chinese joint. The food options are standard, the tastes and flavors are pretty run-of-the-mill, and the presentation is very much average. On top of that, it's about as hole in the wall as it gets. Kitschy decor, plastic tablecloths and cheap rickety chairs, the whole deal. Maybe there's something I'm missing .. but if there's a charm or secret to Amigo, I didn't quite catch it. Hard pass on this one.
