  • It truly amazes me how Chrysler Dodge has not taken this franchise away from this dealership. I have never had a problem with their dealerships in the past but this was my first visit to junction in Chardon. Absolutely horrible experience the sales team and so-called manager could care less if I ever brought them another dollar. The service manager literately hung up on me. Is that the way to treat customers spending thousands of dollars on overpriced dealer repairs? He literally said I do not care there's nothing I can do and hung up the phone. Come on Chrysler Dodge Jeep take action against your so-called managers. I own three pro master vans and was in the works to purchase a fourth. With this experience at this dealership I will never buy another Chrysler product. Hello Ford transit vans, I shall see you soon.
