RUDE!!
I was in a good mood when I called to ask a question because my insurance company told me to go to them for my repair, but I wasn't sure which department I needed. I started to describe the issue and the receptionist condescendingly said "you need the service department, but he's on the phone right now. Call back in ten minutes *click*" She HUNG UP on me before I could even get out the word "ok", which was going to be followed by a "thank you". A receptionist that hangs up on people? She doesn't deserve her job.
Then, I called back later, only to find out she didn't tell me the right department to begin with.... so I get transferred to the body shop. I prefaced my question by stating that I had my car damaged, needed some work and was inquiring on how long it would take because I need a car rental while mine was in the shop. Before I could even say what the work to be done was, the $^@%* on the other end says with an attitude, "Well that's a very unfair question. I don't even know what's wrong with your car[...]" He was less of a &^%$ after he shut up long enough for me to continue where I left off to describe what the issue was, but too little too late.
Thanks to their "stellar" service, I will NEVER take a car there and I advise you do the same. People this condescending and rude don't deserve your money.
