  • This morning I attempted to print some pictures from a camera chip with the "new and improved" machines, which broke down and could not complete my order after I picked them out, cropped them, etc. Over the next half hour I watched two confused employees attempt to replace parts on the printing machine. I was given an attitude like I caused the whole problem. Finally it was fixed and I was informed I had to start over, the new machines don't store previous instructions and they had to be rebooted. Seriously? I'd been here for an hour and had to get to work. I left frustrated, my card was charged, I had no photos, and no one even attempted an apology. This is "service" at this location on a Sunday morning. Avoid this place on a Sunday morning, I guess the weekend help are the third stringers.
