I don't really ever post reviews but I felt this was very needed. I take my car here for alignments with Alex. Anyone in Vegas who has custom wheels, into stance, etc goes to Alex because he's a wizard on rack. With that being said, he's the only reason I drive 40 min away to get an alignment - or even come to this shop for that matter.
Fast forward to today where I made an appointment to get an alignment done and I'm greeted inside where the office workers can't tell me why Alex isn't here or when he will be back. The communication between the shop and front office is garbage. I've dealt with Alex plenty and know it's not him. I asked multiple workers when he will be back and each one gave me a different answer until finally someone told me he was at a doctors appointment and was running late. I don't care about that - stuff comes up but what really irritated me was that the customer service IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. No one even thought about calling me to let me knoW he was running late and on top of that, when I was trying to reschedule inside, the guy tried to set me up for an appointment on a day Alex doesn't work.
Long story short - if you need an alignment, come see Alex, but don't be surprised to be given the run around or feel like the front desk workers don't care about their job.
