  • DO NOT COME HERE. If you are looking for customer service, this isn't your place. They know they have the rudest employees and do not care as I have brought it up multiple times. If you want mediocre overpriced coffee served to you by an uninteresting failed art school student who knows nothing about customer service, then this is your place. And I have been to multiple locations and the ridiculous policies and less than unique hipsters are have sadly represented themselves at all of them.
