  • Our AC has been acting up recently and we understand the extreme Vegas heat doesn't help BUT we scheduled for someone to come look at it. The request was put in on a Monday morning, that company didn't come out until Friday, was here for all of MAYBE 5 mins and said because our unit wasn't BROKEN, he and AHS wouldn't cover anything. Our AC unit sounded like it was about to take flight or blow up and take half of the wall w it. After fighting w AHS because nothing was done by the previous company, we had an appt scheduled w this company. The request was put in on Friday afternoon around 4pm and they couldn't come out until Monday, annoyed but whatever. My husband was told a technician would be out between 10 and 2 and between a sick dog, work meetings, dr's appts and just trying to make sure we didn't miss the call, we were annoyed when 2 pm rolled around and still no phone call or visit. Husband called, found out the technician was still at another job. I totally understand this but good customer service would be to contact the client and let them know of the hold up. Luckily we didn't take time off from work as we live close to work but still. Technician finally showed up at 4:15 and IMMEDIATELY got to work! Again, last company wouldn't even LOOK and diagnose what was wrong and AHS said, "we don't cover sounds." Umm excuse me?!? Well Alex, our technician, was on it! Not only did he start opening up the unit immediately and without question, he was able to fix our unit at that time! I believe he said the fan motor was going out or had gone out or something, either way, screw AHS, but thank you Alex!!!! I would say they need to work on their customer service as far as communication with clients as to timing and I was scared because of their BBB rating of an F I saw but luckily for us, they came through and we GREATLY appreciate it!!!!
