  • Slow, slow, slow. Second in line and 15 minutes later I have my coffee but not my breakfast. Coffee comes out in dirty splashed cup. They forgot to do the breakfast sandwich. Need training on cleanliness and speed. Maybe get a quicker person on the register? Would find another location next time I'm in Cleveland.
