First impressions are key, and Meadowvale Toyota makes a great one. I needed a quick Drive Clean test, and was going to be in the area, so I called and had an appointment for 1 hour later. Pulled right into the service reception and was greeted by a service adviser who took my details and gave me a coupon for the "restaurant" where I could get a complimentary coffee or juice from the fridge. They also offered cafeteria style food if you are hungry. Free WiFi and TV while you wait are standard these days, but the airport style flight status screen showing the status of all vehicles in service is a cool bonus.
The service bays were neat and tidy, a nice change compared to what some corner garages and even other dealer service centers look like. Prices seemed reasonable too. They are a new dealership and looking to build their customer base... I'm impressed, and will be back!
