Needed a rental for the weekend to run errands for the holidays. I booked online through Expedia. They noticed my birthday had just passed a day ago and gave me a free "upgrade" which was a nice gesture (which was also why I gave 2 stars and not 1)... PROBLEMS: Upon pick up, I had inquired about getting dropped off after returning the car, since it was in their slogan. The rep said yes, it was fine as long as it's no longer than a 15 minute drive. Now when I went to drop it off, they actually said NO. And that they could only drop me off to the next major intersection (which I thought was pretty useless) I was pretty upset that I would be stranded and they suggested I bring the rental to another location so that I could get a ride home. I ended up doing this, and when they verified the total price it was about $100 MORE than what my confirmation said online. So I had to call the Thornhill location and they admitted there was a price error and would change it. MEH.
