  • You can't make this stuff up! Do not waste your time here First time I went here for an oil change they lost my keys... took 3 hours to find them. Unreal. Last time I went here I had a recall on my honda fit. They did not have the part so they had to keep the car and give me a loaner... which is fine. Took 6 months!!!! to get the part. So after 6 months they give me my car back and I bring it home and the battery dies as soon as I try to start it the next morning. No biggie bring it in and they will make it right.... NOPE! They try charging me $250!!! Then they act surprised when I say I am mad. They say they will sell me a battery for 140 and will be so kind as to not charge me the $100 labor cost!! What a joke. This is wrong on so many levels its not even funny. Don't bother. Oh and the manager I spoke to was named chris. You literally can not make this stuff up.
