  • I've been searching for a CPA to hang my hat for over a decade. Have been through tons of referrals/recommendations from friends/business colleagues. Have searched google, have searched the EA lists. I've hired elance virtual assistants to pre-interview lists of about 50 top accountants in Las Vegas, and then personally went to interview the top ones in person. I really feel I've done my homework, and have been through my fair share of accountants. Mark Sherman CPA (Samantha Perry is the team member I work with) has been the best experience I've ever had. They are not only responsive, but know understand what you're asking and anticipate problems ahead of time. They not only know their stuff, they advise you on how to structure your situation (as long as you keep them in the know). They really are a one stop shop, its rare to see.
