  • I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. Came in here for the first time to look for a "brush tool" for highlighting my daughter's hair and let's just say this 1st trip in will be put LAST trip to this store. The person in the front didn't even acknowledge us until I approached her with a question. When we went to the back, in which we did look like we needed help finding the product we needed, the lady back there didn't acknowledge us either. Ironically, a man walked in a few minutes later and was greeted so nicely by both the lady in the front and the one in the back! Anyway, we chose 3 brushes and brought it up front to ask the lady in front what was best. She didn't know and she called the lady in the back. I went ahead and just chose 1 just to hurry up and get out of there. I assumed she would just check us out and we'd be done but she said she couldn't check us out because she was doing something on the computer and that the other lady will be coming up to do it in which she did a few mins later. Is providing decent customer service no longer part of the job description anywhere nowadays? I'm just appalled at the service we received. When we left, my daughter told me that she never wants to step foot in that store again. I don't either.
