  • Sunburst Shutters & windows was top notch from beginning to end. Came in on Saturday before they closing, Kim Dacko went the extra distance, stayed a little after to explain the product and make sure I made a confident decision. I checked out a few more places, comparable prices, but I read all reviews on all and I based my decision on the company longevity in town, warranty on product, and professionalism and extra mile Kim went returning calls and emails when I had questions. They followed up before the dates given they would be installed, they contacted me before the date of installation once the product was ready, 1 week ahead of schedule, and showed up on time. I did not have to contact them regarding them missing time frame or if they were on schedule. If you give me a date, I will hold you to what you say, Sunburst came through with flying colors. The installers were on time, clean 7 respectful of our house, all the appropriate utilities and attire needed to complete the job with high customer satisfaction. We love our shutters, they did a great job in every aspect. You can't ask for more than a professional company to have good communication and deliver what they say and back their product warranty. I absolutely recommend this company.
