  • Chic lounge inside the Cosmopolitan. First thing that stood out to me was the tableside mixology. Our mixologist explained each drink to us while making it and even gave some backstory to the creation of each drink. They have a DJ that starts around 9pm so it is a cool spot to hang with friends while enjoying some drinks and music in a more chill atmosphere. Our service was less than par however. On 2 different occasions we had to ask a bussed if he could get us our server so we could order another drink. Another time we looked around and saw her sitting at another table chatting with another group of patrons. I understand servers need to be hospitable and friendly but I think sitting and chatting for 20 minutes (literally) while you have other tables is a bit much. Wake the dead- this drink lives up to it's name for sure! Strong licorice flavor FYI. Deep fried oreos and pb&j desserts also graces our table!
