  • From the moment that I walked in the customer focus and 100% focus on this was evident. There were only two behind the counter helping at this point when I walked in. They were engaged with their customers but always remembering that others were waiting. Constant eye contact as well as we will be with you shortly. When my turn came I was completely amazed by Jasmine!! Freakin incredible. Not only apologizing for the small wait but her knowledge and care that I got the best value had me 100% hooked. I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. One of the reasons why is the customer focus. With what I received from Jasmine, I know that I will be a customer for many years to come. Please make sure that Jasmine is recognized for her incredible and sincere service standards.
