  • Let me start by saying the past week was literal phone-hell. Every time someone tried to call me - my phone would ring once than provide the caller with a busy signal. A busy signal! Who even has those anymore? Well I did apparently. Anyway...I have been in contact with Sprint for over a week with no resolve to this issue. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with tech support (appx 6 phone hours to be exact - over the course of three days) and visited a different Sprint store (W Sahara). I was told over and over again that it had to be a phone issue. Fast forward to having to visit the Apple store TWICE to finally get a replacement phone. Apple activated the phone and guess what? Same busy signal problem. Frustrated and ready to scream I walked to the nearest Sprint store (granted it was just on the opposite end of Downtown Summerlin). This is where I was directed to Evan. Evan was great. He was very helpful and his great conversation made it a lot easier to deal with this already extremely stressful situation. Susan (another tech) was amazing and knowledgeable as well. Like I mentioned earlier, my phone had not been working for a day short of a week at this point. Now, at first, it did not look hopeful. Apparently I had a phone issue that was practically never heard of. But Evan and Susan worked through every possible channel they could. Constantly reassuring me that due to my situation they were going to work on it at the highest priority - which made all the difference after the week I've had. Evan ended up calling Jason (apparently he was on vacation) and they were able to resolve this nightmare of an issue. This was literally the greatest feeling in the world. After numerous times going back and fourth with other technicians and Apple support - someone was finally able to find a solution. I absolutely cannot thank them enough! Evan and Susan - you are ROCKSTARS! And Jason, I did not get to meet you, but I am forever gracious for you answering work questions on your vacation time. I apologize for not getting anyone else's name; however, all of the employees were friendly and amazing!
