  • Shawn is such a nice, respectable employee. Today I saw superficial scratches on my trunk I did not notice before the $3 wash. I went inside to ask about it. Shawn reviewed the video before and after but resolution was too low to verify. My car already had paint chips in stuff so I wasn't going to argue, I just asked for a free interior cleaner and he gave me one. But then, he also gave me his own wax and new microfiber cloth to use on my trunk and it worked rather well! I tried to give him the near full bottle of wax back but he told me to keep it! I tried to give him a small tip (I'm not well off but I wanted to show my appreciation) but he wouldnt accept it! I was treated so well, I was quite astonished, but I think it's because he has a good heart and work ethic. It really made my experience here worthwhile!
