| - After a bad experience with a different glass company, I did a basic Google search and came across Cutting Edge Glass. Based on their reviews online, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking with BJ, who happened to be the owner, and explained to him my needs. I was at the end of my master bathroom remodel and wanted to get a quote for the glass shower enclosure. The first glass company I called gave me constant run around, didn't return phone calls, and cancelled appointments. BJ was very patient with me, explained the types of glass, the hardware, and why going with a frameless look would be best. I set up a time for the company to come out and give me a quote.
On the day of my estimate, the guy arrived within the window time I was given. He took about 35 min to do his drawings and measurements and insured me that he would have a quote for me by the end of the day or, worse case scenario, by the next afternoon. Quote came in the next day as he has said.
Granted, Cutting Edge is not the cheapest glass company you will find in town, but their not the most expensive either. However, when it comes to jobs like this, you do get what you pay for. I approved the quote and scheduled the install.
Glass took about a week and a half or so to fabricate, but once it was complete, the office called me and scheduled an install time and date. When the guys arrived on my scheduled day, they were on time, clean, cautious of my walls and counters, and constant professionals from start to finish.
When the time comes to remodel my second bathroom, Cutting Edge is who I will use for my next glass enclosure. Pictures attached are the before remodel and after remodel shots.
