I had a wedding last year and wanted to find something that reflected a certain style. I had shown Evan Yanagi a photo of the wedding gown and we discussed the type of fabric, style, length.
She and her staff created a gown exactly the way I had envisioned using silk chiffon. In addition, she made the gown as a two piece after our initial meeting. The bottom gown portion could be removed and underneath was a second dress (all beaded pencil skirt) where I could wear for the rest of the day for reception once the ceremony was done. It was very innovative!
For those looking for a customized wedding gown, I would definitely pay her a visit to see what she would be able to do.
