  • I have lived in Phx for over 3 years and I do not go to the Drs/hospital unless something is seriously wrong. I first spoke to a nurse over the phone before going in. They were calm but also listened to the issues. Once arrived, I went to ER which later found out I should go to a different area due to the issue. Either way the ER was nice, called the other department to come get me. The actual area I was in was calming, of course not a lot was going on that night (knock on wood). Either way the team was very nice, understood the uncomfortableness I was in and was not pushing extra meds but getting me hydrated and stable. I am very pleased they were not eager to keep me over night. I am not one to stay in a hospital longer then I need to. Great location, great team and don't hope to see them to often but when i do, I will be glad to be there.
