I'm currently a tenant at this apartment complex and although I love these apartments there's a couple things that are already making me contemplate renewing my lease once it's up.
the front office almost never answers the phone, and when they do you always have to deal with someone's attitude, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MELISSA - I personally think she is awesome and a big reason why we ultimately settled with this property.
trying to get your packages is an absolute nightmare, you get notices but they tell you there's nothing there for you, or packages get delivered and you're never notified.
upon move in - the apartment did not seem like I received the so called 300 cleaning you pay for. as southwest gas was turning on our dryer he found a bunch of cat food underneath the dryer. the kitchen faucet had tons of white stuff where water comes out - EW. and the fridge smelled disgusting.
although all these issues were addressed- I wouldn't imagine handing keys to anyone in the condition it was in.
I wish they did a little more to keep their tenants happy, it's as simple as answering the phones and tenants questions with a smile and good attitude.
