  • Let me start off by saying I have never had to have a screen replaced on any of my electronics so I don't know the 1st thing about electronic repair shops or how business is handled there. So when my sons iPad mini got a ridiculous crack/sunburst in the screen I was clueless where to start all i know is the screen needed to be fixed asap. This is the closest repair shop to my house so when I checked their website and saw that walk-ins were welcome i drove straight there. Upon arrival I was "greeted" and by "greeted" i mean they yelled something at me since they obviously spend most of the time in the back fixing things. Then some young guy in a hat comes out and awkwardly says hi to me. I say hi back and we go into this awkward conversation about how i need my ipad screen replaced. He seemed a bit annoyed with me like i did something wrong. At this point I am ready to just say thank you and take my ipad somewhere else then some older gentleman comes out and offers to finish up getting my information. The lovely annoyed guy literally says "good cause i have other things to do." Seriously thats the customer service I received on my first encounter with this place. At this point I am seriously trying to figure out where they got over 4 stars from because they are showing me 1-2 star service. Thankfully the older gentleman had MUCH better customer service and even interacted with my son from behind the counter. I came there kinda late[around 5pm]so he gave me an estimated pick up time of 2pm the next day which was fine with me. I called around 3pm the next day and they just finished fixing it so i drove straight there hoping/praying i wouldn't have to deal with my friend from the day before. When I arrived Donavon greeted me and gave me my ipad and I went home. Got home and realized the home button was no longer working. After I just spent $160 I was a little more than mad that something different was broken so I called them and let them know my issue and Donavon told me to bring my ipad back in the morning and it would be fixed[I didn't want to bring it back the same day if it wasn't going to be fixed before they closed]. So mind you I work nights so waking up early is not something I like to do but I did wake up early and get to the store by 10:45ish. Once again Donavon greeted me took my ipad and gave me an estimated pick up at 2pm which I was fine with. So being the busy bee that I was I didnt show up to pick up the ipad until 3pm. Despite being an hour late Donavon still greeted me and was kind the entire time I was there and even cracked a couple jokes. So all in all my experience wasn't 5 star worthy but for the most part this location is a good place to get your electronics fixed just beware of that guy with the hat...his attitude can turn a decent experience into a terrible one.
