  • I will never go here again. My doctor recommended this place, she said she thinks it's cheaper than Sonora Quest. From the moment I walked in the door, it was evident there was a lack of professionalism. There was a man that screams from the loft "welcome." As I proceeded to the reception area, I was greeted with a "hey." I explained that I was there to drop off a sample and just needed to pay. They asked that I wait, and so I did. I waited 26 minutes in the empty lobby before I decided to check in with the receptionist. She explained to me she was trying to find the code for billing. There was a discrepancy with what I needed and after the receptionist called and confirmed twice with my doctors office, I was finally able to pay. My bill was $120 and I gave them $200. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my change. The receptionist gave me back $100 and then asked to recount it and gave me back $90. I recounted the money and gave her back and additional $10 ($200-$120=$80). After that encounter, I decided to check Sonora Quest to see there pricing, which was $60. I went back to the receptionist and asked why their price was double. One of the receptionist was very unprofessional and even started to shout at me. I asked her why she was yelling at me when I'm so calm with her and she started to calm down. After going back and forth and calling my doctor, again, they refunded me the difference. I paid $120 and it should have only been $70 (still $10 more than Sonora Quest.) The receptionist was struggling with figuring out the change. I told her it was $50, which the she had to use a calculator to confirm. I'm not sure if these two women work here everyday, but because of there lack in professionalism and ability to do basic math, I will never go there again.
