God help you if you buy from here.
I found a loveseat on their website and ordered it online. One of the big things I liked was that (according to the website) it was only 31" deep, instead of the usual 37" or so for most couches and loveseats. It was going in my office, and there's limited space, so that was pretty important.
Jump forward a few days when they delivered it an lo and behold it's 37" deep and doesn't fit without having to scoot around it. So I had the delivery guy pack it back up and haul it away.
Then the fun begins, because nobody at AFW ever picks up the phone. My call is very important to them. The recording says so, so it must be true. So I had to drive down there and talk to a customer service rep who made it abundantly clear she could care less about any of this. Eventually, she promised to refund the purchase price and even made a big show about how she was doing me a huge favor not charging me a 15% restocking fee for returning their mistake that barely made it off the truck. However, she refused to refund the $69 delivery fee. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said one "wasn't available." I'm done with them and I just opened a dispute on the credit card charge. Let them deal with Bank of America and I suggest the same for anyone else these guys screw over.
Never again.
