  • I had nothing but bad experiences here. I really wanted to live here for a couple years or more but couldn't wait until my lease was up. Our first night here our AC was broken and wasn't fixed properly for a week. Our freezer wasn't fixed until a month before moving out, despite putting in maintenance requests for a whole year. Our car battery was stolen in the parking lot. We had to help a young women who was being stalked by someone in the pool area late at night. Despite all of this our biggest problem was the water bill. They divide up water usage between all apartments, and we were assured ours would be between 30-50$. It was usually 70-120$. Long story short, our apartment was tiny for the money we paid. Maintenance never did anything for us. Front office was incompetent (except one girl who was always nice). We experienced a lot of crime here. Oh and we didn't know before moving in but there have been violent crimes here such as shootings and stabbings. I wanted to like this place so bad; it made me really upset that we had to move but it was just so terrible.
