It was very easy to make an appt and get in the same day. The front desk was kind and the atmosphere was clean and cozy. The therapist came out into the front at exactly my appt time to check if she had any appointments, she seemed a little disheveled to learn she had one right then- she had just arrived to work, and later told me that she doesn't usually have someone right away. They spoke quietly but it made me feel a little uncomfortable.. She turned to me and told me if would just be a few more minutes. When you get a massage only once a year or so like I have, those little things make you worry about it setting the tone for the next hour that you hope are very relaxing. It didn't though- my time was very nice. The therapist I was with was kind and asked questions to get an understanding of my expectations and did a fantastic job. My only concern was that I told my husband I'd be gone for an hour and a half as this place is very close to home, and the therapist wasn't prepared so after having a late start and instructing me to get undressed and whatnot, she took quite a bit of time getting back into the room. She apologized for that and said it was because she wasn't prepared because she wasn't expecting a client first thing. These little things are small but I hope they reach the right eyes, and that next time it will be a little more organized. The therapist was so nice though, and that goes a long way. My massage was wonderful. It really helped my back pain.
