This is a food truck experience but the food truck doesn't move. The ambience is very causal, perhaps a few bar style seating inside and a picnic style outside dining area in a downtown neighborhood. Expect to wait 20 minutes or longer waiting in line to order at the window, it's worth it! We ordered the pulled pork biscuit and the fried chicken biscuit with honey and pickles, Poutine, and beignets. The hurricane(house made fruit punch) was delish! The biscuits are huge, fresh, and the perfect compliment to the fried chicken and pulled pork! The Poutine had the right amount of gravy and cheese and a very nice portion. The beignets were hot, moist, crisp and a great end to the meal. We are looking forward to going back and trying more awesome food, including the burgers that looked very tasty!
