Updated: I had my eyelashes removed at the beginning of the week because my eyes were so swollen. I was told that the manager would be contacting me the next day. The next morning my eye was even worse. I looked and there was still glue all over my eyelashes, which should have been removed. I called back and told the receptionist that there was still glue and that my eye had gotten worse, and was told the manager had just left (convenient) but that she was going to text her to see what to do and would get right back to me. I didn't receive a call back from anyone. I yet again called back the next day and was told the manager was in a meeting but that she would personally follow up and have the manager call me, which of course didn't happen. I called back today and asked if the manager was in, the girl said yes please hold, and then got back on the line and said that she was currently only answering emails and was just now leaving (again, convenient). Mind you, the manager is the only person who can process refunds. I explained that I had been having issues all week and it didn't seem to matter, and I was told that she can't make the manager answer the phone. She won't be in until Monday apparently. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Not worth it. They suck you into getting a membership and then ignore you when there are issues that they caused.
