Just visited this location earlier today. Shortly after ordering, an obnoxious, attention seeking, customer with tacky back tattoos approached the counter. She clearly had one goal in mind; to cause a scene and complain about every trivial, non-issue that popped into her deranged mind.
As she blabbered incoherent thoughts about fries and drive-thrus, the manager on duty calmly and professionally heard her out. Once it was abundantly clear that this customer had no intention of resolving anything, the manager maintained a professional and pragmatic attitude, stood up for her employees and laid out the facts.
I left prior to the departure of the disruptive customer, but I would not be surprised if she immediately went to the next closest McDonald's and ordered coffee to spill on herself.
Kudos to the manager and all of her employees for dealing with that crap.
