I've been a member of GoodLife fitness ever since I graduated university and have checked out a bunch of the GoodLife Fitness locations around the city.
This one, a women's only gym located inside the Superstore, is certainly not the best.
For one, it's small with maybe 10 treadmills and 10 elliptical and 8 bicycles. They only have a couple free weights you can use and just the basic "fit fix" machines. Their is only one fitness room and I've found the quality of the instructors here to be sub par.
The staff will help you if you speak to them but are not overly friendly and don't seem to make any effort to get to know people.
A work out is a work out, so I do still come to this location from time to time, but it is far from the best of the GoodLife's in the city.
