  • I've been living with the shades for a year and I can say that its not what was promised. First of all we installed black out roller shades but you can tell the amount of light coming from the cracks is ridiculous. Second we were going to have arches in the guest room which were never finished because I was told that they couldn't find someone to do the custom arches after the entire job was finished. Oh and did I mention that the entire job took more than half a year? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The first sales rep promised things that wasn't kept and the second rep who followed up just said its unfortunate and first guy wasn't supposed the Summerlin area normally. The first rep was also very unprofessional and laughed at me when I tried to tell him to fix thing during our text conversations. Everything got dragged on and eventually they stopped returning my messages.
